The Motorized Recoiler Machine turns raw materials into coils by mechanical means. The recoiler is widely used in the paper winding, cloth winding, plastic winding, metal winding processing production line, according to the actual technical requirements of the design of diversification, common simple recoiler, hydraulic recoiler.

Mechanical Gripper Feeder feeds utilize a pair of clamps. One is a stationary clamp called the retainer, and the other, called the gripper, moves infeed and return strokes. During the feed stroke, the retainer releases the strip as the gripper clamps and moves it forward through the top half of the press cycle while the tool is open.

Kavya NC Servo Roll Feeder is used for manufacturing electrical components. This feeder are our ELS series feeder which can made from 200 mm / 300 mm Thk with thickness carrying capacity uptill 2 mm. Additional Information: Production Capacity: 200 mm Width X 2 mm Thk.

Complete Power Press Line are designed in conjunction with all through-feed press options to be fully automatic or semi-automatic. They can start at the brushing stage where the material is cleaned, through to gluing, pressing then cutting.

CR Cut to Length Line machines are used for uncoiling, straightening of sheets and automatically feeding or even cutting in required lengths of sheets. Our product makes sure that the process is accurate and better shearing is done on processing line.
